Associate Lawyer (Mid-Level)
As part of the Potekyu team, you will work on a range of corporate and foreign investment matters, including providing clients with advice and assistance on structuring, documentation, negotiation, licensing aspects of their projects; as well as M&A transactions.
Paralegal / Chuyên viên pháp lý
As a Paralegal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with legal research and preparing legal documents/contracts under the supervision of attorneys. Conducting administrative tasks, including document filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
Due Diligence, M&A Junior Lawyer
As part of the Transactions team, you will assist clients to unlock and maximize deal value throughout the deal process from pre-deal evaluation, due diligence to post-deal services and transactional support services provided to a wide range of businesses and industries.
M&A, Transactions Senior Lawyer
As part of the Transactions team, you will assist clients to unlock and maximize deal value throughout the deal process from pre-deal evaluation, due diligence to post-deal services and to demonstrate leadership skills in teams and managing team.
Investment Senior Consultant
You with our expert team will assist clients in unlocking and maximising deal value throughout the deal process from pre-deal evaluation, due diligence, valuation, through to post-deal services.
Translator (Legal/Tax)
To translate assorted types of contracts and agreements particularly related to legal, tax, contract from English into Vietnamese and vice versa, with attention to fact and nuance, so that the intent and tone of the original meaning is preserved;
